On Sunday ,the 23rd of October Jammu Kashmir Study Centre (Jammu Chapter) celebrated “Accession Day “ with full enthusiasm at 11:00a.m. in the Sewa Bharti Sabhagaar . Programme include welcome address ,Legality of Accession day, Question and Answer session. Dr. Gautam Mangi Presided over the function whereas renouned legal  expert and Retd. Director of Law School Shri K. L. Bhatia was the main  speaker on this occasion. He thoroughly expressed his views on the matter of acession of Jammu and Kashmir.
