Constitutional and Legal issue – Jammu Kashmir Study Centre focusing on revisiting various legal and constitutional issues related to Jammu Kashmir including Integration of Jammu Kashmir with the India, Article 370 of the Constitution, socio-political and economic rights of the refugees and displaced persons in Jammu Kashmir , rights of SCs, STs and minorities living in the State.
